1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or refund under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Original invoice/tags/labels are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personal hygiene products, cosmetics, innerwear
- Food or perishable items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
3. Refund Methods
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
- Damaged or defective items (with proof shared within 48 hours)
5. Process to Initiate Refund
- Go to My Orders and click on “Return”
- Choose reason and upload photos (if required)
- We’ll schedule a pickup and notify you once the refund is processed
