Shipping Policy

Welcome to Brixkart! We aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners. Please enter your pin code during checkout to confirm delivery availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional ₹30 service charge
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS. You can also track it anytime from the My Orders section.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts. If unreachable, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at support@brixkart.in.
